This is an automatic quail-egg processing plant designed for boiling eggs and peeling
shells consecutively. Due to the unique system, it is possible to efficiently process
eggs at high yield with ?on-lean yolk?and ?on damage or non-stick on the egg white?
Fundamentally, our systems consist of the equipments for main four processes:
Steaming,-Cooling-Shell Cracking and Shell Peeling. According to the production
capacity, our Automatic Boiling and Shell Peeling Machine lines are available in the
Two types for processing 15,000 eggs, 30,000 eggs per hour.
